SpeechFrame

The SpeechFrame® platform is the state of the art Voice and Video interactivity platform of Comsys with a very flexible software architecture. It is the fourthgeneration of IVR & IVVR systems and was developed based on the more than 25 years of experience of Comsys.

The SpeechFrame® platform is fully web based and therefore easy to integrate with your business processes and supports many protocols. The SpeechFrame® environment is suitable for a wide range of customers from Telecom Operators to small companies. It supports many telecoms standards and is tested for Telecom grade performance. Solutions are fully scalable can be deployed starting from a single chassis using a single PCI telephony board (boxed solution).

Service Creation Environment

Applications are normally developed using the VoiceXML, CCXML and Java standards. Comsys also has a Service Creation Environment this is a graphical web based dialogue editor in its portfolio. The editor is easy to understand and enables end-users to develop applications.

Integration

Integration to back-end systems (for example databases, billing systems, CRM) is simple because Comsys always deploys Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). From any dialogue, back-end systems can be reached via simple XML data transfer using local or remote web services. Each SOA service can be re-used for other dialogues or even for (existing) internet HTML sites.

In case a new interface has been developed it is done in such a way that is becomes another standard interface. In this way you can profit of development which has been carried out.
