Messaging platfrom

The Comsys Messaging Platform (CMP) is a multipurpose mobile messaging platform, that can be deployed by Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO’s) to deliver various messaging and related billing and charging solutions.

Messaging technologies that are supported include full Short Message Service (SMS) and Unstructured Supplementary Services Data (USSD) capabilities as well as partial support for Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) delivery.

The platform can be deployed as a standalone providing the complete functionality of, for example, a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) or as a multipurpose messaging plat-form, providing functionality such as SMSC, SMS Gateway, Push Proxy Gateway and USSD Gateway.

The CMP integrates with both the MNO’s SS7 network (circuit switched and packet switched) as well as its IT domain.
