IVVR, (Interactive Voice Video Response System)

The SpeechFrame® platform is the state of the art Voice and Video interactivity platform of Comsys with a very flexible software architecture. It is the fourth generation of IVR & IVVR systems and was developed based on the more than 25 years of experience of Comsys.

The SpeechFrame® platform is fully web based and therefore easy to integrate with your business processes. It supports a wide range of protocols. The SpeechFrame® environment is suitable for a wide range of customers from Telecom Operators to small companies. It supports many telecom standards and is tested for Telecom grade performance. Solutions are fully scalable and can be deployed starting from a single chassis using a single PCI telephony board (boxed solution).
